Passed a couple of days ago.

The exam starts with simulations (the advantage is that you can manage your time, and you don’t have to wait through a horrifying two minutes at the end of the exam).

All simulations were from here, along with around 8 new questions — make sure you know everything about SD-WAN and Cisco’s Software Defined Networking terms.

    @HappyBike, ¿¿All questions (except those 8) matched Encor v1.1 (part 1-7)??

    May 16th, 2025

@HappyBike, should we study parts 4-11, or is it enough to study parts 1-7 (v1.1)?

Please, could anyone kindly give a response? should we study parts 4-11, or is it enough to study parts 1-7 (v1.1)?

    I passed my exam yesterday.
6 labs + 60 questions. All labs are here.
I studied questions from encor v1.1 1-7 and old encor 4-11. About 2 questions which I have not see anywhere, but that does not affect your final score.

    Thank you Digitaltut.

Pass Exam. Studied 1.1 section only. Approx 10-12 new questions i havent seen in 1.1 (may have been in other sections though). Labs are the same 6 everyone has been getting here. Only weird thing in my COPP lab which was different to my EVE lab’s is that if i didnt put a permit ip any any as the last statement in the ACL for the COPP the ICMP ping drops would not occur. I tested by putting it on and off in the exam to confirm.

don’t waste your brain on Part 4 to part 11,
ENCOR v1.1 part 1 to 7 are enough, plus === Lab Sims for ENCOR v1.1 ===

Is necessary to prepare the questions for the “Old Encor” section? I’ve been reading comments in this chat where it’s not recommended and it’s a waste of time.

    May 27th, 2025

Passed the exam yesterday. All Labs are from here and 90% of MCQs are also from v1.1.
Maybe one or two from Old ENCOR (Part 4 to Part 11), but if you do all labs and just v1.1 MCQs, that should be enough.

    NetFlow Simulation
Configured destination IP for flow export.
Monitored communication between PC1 and PC2 via interface E1/1.
    SLA configuration based on HTTP.

    OSPF Summarization Simulation 2

    VRF Configuration Simulation 2
Pre-configured VRF. Creating a new tunnel and configuring VRF routes.

    LACP & Root Bridge Simulation

    Multiple Choice : 54 Questions

Noticed 8 to 10 new questions that were not part of the ENCOR v1.1 Questions 1.1 (Parts 1–7).

Hi, for the ENCOR exam lab section, there are only 6 labs, right? The topics are: Access List & CoPP Simulation, NetFlow Simulation, OSPF Summarization Simulation 2, eBGP Neighbor Simulation 2, VRF Configuration Simulation 2, and LACP & Root Bridge Simulation. There are no additional topics in the exam, correct? So, can I just practice these 6 labs from Lab Sims for ENCOR v1.1?

    Hi Everyone

    – do I need to buy the premium to have access to the questions?
the question categories on the right side the website are a bit confusing, I don’t see the questions I do see the explanation only?
    – in the comments I see people talk about part (1-7), what we mean by this?
    – where can I find the simulations?

I appreciate the comments and guidance.

    Thanks

Passed a few days a back. Sims are valid. 54 questions. Mostly automation and wireless. A few questions I didn’t see here. I went through process of elimination.

@VIN – yes, the contextual help is available.

@ anonymous (June 5th, VRF SIM 2) – check your tunnel dest/source statements. I originally assigned the tunnel IP as the destination. I needs to be e0/0.

    Tunnel came up

Hi guys, I’m letting you know that I passed the Encor exam thanks to this website. Same labs and about 8 or 10 new questions, but easy to answer if you understand the basics.

Important to mention: 6 labs + 56q. The labs are highly rated!

  44. Heisenberg
    June 7th, 2025

I am focusing on ENCORE v1.1, Parts 1–7 only.
Make sure to study these 6 labs:

    1.OSPF Summarization Simulation 2
    2.Access-List & CoPP Simulation
    3.NetFlow Simulation
    4.eBGP Neighbor Simulation 2
    5.VRF Configuration Simulation 2
    6.LACP & Root Bridge Simulation

I faced around 10 unfamiliar questions that i can’t do it but can do all labs — still passed.
    Tip: Don’t miss any labs!

Or is V1.1 parts 1-7 enough?

Taking the exam in a weeks time. Out of interest the Netflow lab is this based upon Netflow sim which we don’t have an Eve file for or Netflow sim 2?

Is it enough to study ENCOR v1.1, Parts 1–7, and LABs to pass the exam?
Also, how many questions are there in Parts 1–7?

  49. HMIZO

    NetFlow 2 Simulation
Configured flow moni in interface e0/0
Monitored communication between PC1 and PC2 via interface E1/1.
    SLA configuration based on ICMP

OSPF Summarization Simulation 2, summary /17 for area 50 and don’t forget loopbackS to be included in the network ospf command

    eBGP Neighbor Simulation 2

    VRF Configuration Simulation 2.
Pre-configured VRF. Creating a new tunnel and configuring VRF routes.

    Heisenberg-san, MyKhey-san,
Thank you for the information. I also passed the exam.

I’d like to share my own experience, and I believe I had the same scenarios as below:

    OSPF Summarization Simulation 2

    Access-List & CoPP Simulation

    NetFlow Simulation

    eBGP Neighbor Simulation 2

    VRF Configuration Simulation 2

    LACP & Root Bridge Simulation

As for the QA section, I referred to multiple sites, so I’m not sure which exact sources the questions came from.
