hi there! anyone with previous experience taking test with onvue? thanks
@onvue…how can we help
always tested at testcenter, wondering if someone want to share their experience with onvue!
I CAN NOT SEE THE QUESTION FROM PART 1 TO PART 7
WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ???
Passed the exam today.
Labsims were:
VRF Configuration Sim 2
LACP & Root bridge
eBGP neighbor sim 2
ACL & COPP – EIGRP/ICMP
OSPF Summarisation Sim – /17 for Area 50
NetFlow Sim 2
I only studied ENCOR V1.1 Part 1 – 7 so its enough to pass the exam. But there were questions that came from the old ENCOR questions part 4 to 11, so if you really want to ensure that you pass it,you may need to review them as well.
@Tonanog.. can you please do give me more details about labs… thank you
Hello Guys. How can I see previous version and it’s question?
What is mean by V1.1 part 1-7 questions, all questions are there apart from 5-8

@Overwith… can we have some details on labs, and any questions you remember.. thank you
Failed today

Out of 60 questions, 9 of them were about stupid JSON formatting…
Gonna study harder and try again. Keep your heads up nerds, and good luck.
@thrillbo, I am planning to go trough the exam this week . did you also studied the old parts from 4 to 11 ?

, Thanks for the feedback, Congrats for passing the exam, have you used any other dumbs for studying other than this site.
Hi Team,
i have scheduled my exam on 14th Aug, if any one help reliable source for dumbs, i join with you for group buy if any.

@Passed
The question in your exam are from part-1 till part-7?
Have you studied from some other dumps also?
hey guys,
i passed the exam recently.
1. Thank you digitaltut for this page. It is really a good help.
2. The labs were the same as you can find here and they didnt change. However i’ve got 2 new D&Ds.
– First was related to WLAN: gain/beamwidth/radiation pattern/polarization. Make sure you learn well their terms. Each had a D&D counterpart which was difficult to remember.
– Second D&D was related to Puppet vs Chef. (declarative vs procedural and knives vs something). Since you know that Chef is procedural and uses knives, the other two options were clearly for Puppet.
Other than that i had maybe 2-4 new questions, but i dont remember them.
Good luck to you all.
It is better to not to underestimate this exam.
guys I am trying to follow the guide here, so I am testing with the compsoite exam, I do not pass it as there are many question from the the old Encor exam. so is it really worth it to pass the composite ?
Has anyone ever passed just by reading ENCOR v1.1 Part 1 – 7?
guys who took the exam, do we have the right to access other routers too ?
I mean in the labs during the exam
Can someone who gave the exam recently, tell about the labs Questions, and also confirm that can we use ‘?’ as usual we do in our daily life or not.
Thanks

Hi folks
Same as @Overwith!
I passed my exam. Labs I got:
ACL + CoPP
eBGP 2
LACP and Root Bridge
OSPF summarization
VRF 2
Netflow 2
And then 54 questions after, 80-90% were from v1.1 parts 1-7.
Thank you @digitaltut you’re on fire!
Keep it going!
Tshoot,
Nah, and I only did once through with the studying, no argument I need to put in more time.
The labs limit how many devices you can write to but don’t worry, just practice the labs but focus on the fundamentals while you practice.
Case in point, I studied the tunneling lab but I also managed to really drill in some fundamentals. A tunnel need an ip, a source, and a destination. I forgot the lab while I was working it during the test, but remembered those 3 things and managed to get that lab up and running.
Good luck buddy

Just passed the exam.
– I would highly recommend to review also from part 4 to 11
– the Labs are the same mentioned lab, but in the flow monitor lab we just needed to add the destination IP for the flow exporter and not to apply the flow monitor on the interface.
– also in this lab it was not only one vlan that should be added as a source, it was 2 vlans. and I was also not able to confirm or verify my configuration.
– in the VRF lab Router 11 was the one that should be configured so try to understand the labs.
– the ? is used.
– also unlike the labs here you have only specific access to specific devices, not all devices are available to access
where can we get the CCIE Lab dumps not the encore the 8 hour lab dump
Passed today, all Labs same as here just subtle differences, you have to read carefully. Most of the questions from 1-7 but also appear old questions. Thank you digitaltut.
Hello,
I did pass. But perhaps there was a question there which is not yet listed in here. Was something like this:
What are the recommendations for a Layer 3 campus?
– route summarization from access to aggregation
– route summarization from aggregation to core
– modify CEF value for enhanced “ECMP”(something like this) routing
– deploy security features to the core
– (can’t remember that value)
I just passed my exam today
Lab:
ACL + CoPP
eBGP 2
VRF 1
LACP Root Bridge
OSPF Summarization
Netflow 1 (I was thrown off as I didn’t prepare much, no practice lab available)
I only studied v1.1 Part 1-7, nothing else…there are some new question (probably from old part 4-11, I don’t know since I didn’t study that part), but it was easy…
I passed the exam recently. There were 60 questions in total, 6 of them are lablets. Those lablets were presented first, and afterwards came multiple choice and Drag & Drop.
All the labs are more or less the same as the ones presented here. I did not practice the lab on this site but rather divided them into 8 different topics (VRF, OSPF, NetFlow, LACP, eBGP, VTY, and CoPP). I learned and practised the configuration sets for each topic, so that I can copy with any kind of configuration in the exams. They are not 100% similar to what presented here, so you have to understand the concept and required commands. TAB will not work all the time (might be because of the IOS version), but ? works.
Among 54 questions, around 40-45 were from v1.1. I actually didn’t expect to have 10 questions from the old exams. 3 questions were totally new.
So I would suggest to practice all questions, not only v1.1. It is risky only remember those questions.
@ccmks
People have been saying that Encore is dropping about 60 questions with labs. Is that really true?
In your case, were there 6 labs and 54 questions?
Passed my exam yesterday. 60 items all in all, 54 questions and 6 lab sims.
Labs:
eBGP Neighbor Sim 2
OSPF Summarization Sim 2 – /19 summary route on left router
NetFlow Sim 1 – destination of exporter already configured, you just have to complete it
ACL and CoPP – OSPF for ACL, Telnet for CoPP
VRF Configuration Sim 2 – vrf Finance already configured
LACP Root Bridge Sim – root bridge for only vlan 10
Questions:
Most of the questions are on the version 1.1. I crammed the last 3 set of questions from version 1.0 the night before and at least 3 questions appeared from there. There were at least 4 new questions but can guess if you know the basics.
I studied for at least a month since I thought I have at least two more months two study. The subscription here was sufficient for refreshing your memory of the concepts. Thanks digitaltut!
It took me exactly two weeks to prepare for the exam. I first read the ENCOR Official Guide once, then started to practice the questions on this site. Compare to previous tries, this time the exam focused a lot on SD-WAN, SD-Access, Automation, Wireless solutions. The routing and switching basics were not that in focus anymore.
There were 60 questions, with 6 labs in the beginning and 54 questions as the second part. Don’t worry too much about the labs, they were quite simple and straightforward, with maximum 2 devices to configure. On each device, you are expected to type 5,6 lines of configuration. 30-40min for this part and you are fine. For the second part, if you study well on the question sets posted here, you don’ event need 5 seconds for each question. So don’t think about time limit, especially during the first part.
For my case, there are questions from old version of the test (ENCOR 1.0), like 7 or 10 questions, so you should definitely learn them as well. DO NOT rely only on ENCOR v1.1 because there are also new questions. For me there were 3 4 new questions, but I think I manage to answer them correctly since I have quite good score at the end.
So it is important to read the official guide, learn old questions, and understand the basics.
@digitaltut and other test takers,
It looks like there are mainly only 6 or 7 labs that everyone is getting on the exam. I listed them below:
ACL + CoPP
eBGP 2
LACP and Root Bridge
OSPF summarization
VRF 2
Netflow 2 (or sometimes Netflow 1)
Is it sufficient to only focus on these 6-7 labs and ignore the rest? Or are some people still getting some of the other labs as well? If so, what other labs have people been getting that are not on this list. I’m pretty good now with the Questions but now need to focus on the labs and don’t have much time left, so hoping I can just focus on certain ones.
Thanks!
