@Crombo37 Regarding the “VRF Configuration Sim with tunnel security (IPSec)”, what was the requirement for the ipsec config, ikev1, ikev2? tunnel mode? make the ipsec tunnel and pass vrf traffic inside the tunnel?

I’ve had a few examiners inquire about the availability of a new VRF Configuration Sim with IPSec tunnel security. Is this a lab we currently have in the pipeline or available for use? I’d like to be able to provide them with a clear update. Thanks!

    May 4th, 2026

    @Johndoe

You just have to secure the tunnel with IPSec profile which is already configured.

    conf t
    int tunnel 0
    tunnel protection ipsec profile XYZ.

Just replace XYZ with the name on config.

Same VRF 2 lab with this add-on.

Hi guys, do you think questions will change a lot in a couple of months? Is it enough to study only questions below v1.2 or should I review all the questions available on this site?

    Thx so much.

Any updates about ENCOR new version?

I just passed my exam very close. 6 Labs 100% valid, 53 questions. I was sure I not gonna make it because out of 53 i just saw 10 familar questions from v1.2 part 1-7. My passing score in composite quizz was alsways between 75-100 so not sure if there are just a lot of new questions or I had the luck to get always the same in Composite quiz (I only studied composite quizz + may 2nd update)

Unfortunately the exam nowadays feel like a mixed exam for programmer and sales person, not like a network engineer

    Thanks, here are the sims:
    Access-list & CoPP Sim
    VRF Configuration Sim 2
    LACP & Root Bridge Sim
    OSPF Summarization Sim 2
    NetFlow Sim
eBGP Neighbor Sim (not sure if v1 or v2)

Just pass my exam recently. The labs were similar to one in Digitut, with some minor variation
    OSPF Summarization 2 /18 Summary
    ACL COPP
    NetFlow 2
    EBGP Neigh Sim 2
    LACP & Root
    VRF configuration Sim

Unfortunately the majority of the mcq question are not in ENCOR v1.2 question pool neitier i recall in V1,1 question. Only small handful question were in pool
That was truly hard part.. Had to make ton of educated guesses from my knowledge .

For moment there i was worried i was going fail it.

Eitier way.. my advice for others at moment , Not rely too much on ENCOR v1.2 question .. Prehaps if possible wait for digitut update the question pool.

Hi everyone, I have my exam scheduled for the 12th of this month. I would like to know if the questions cover everything from Part 1 to Part 7 here? If anyone has taken the exam recently, could you please share your experience? Also, is it normal to see about 10-15 different or new questions?

    Hey Folks!!

Just walked out of the exam center with a PASS. But let me give you all the full run down.

First 6 labs were on target with the website and if you actually labed them and understand the ask, you will spend maybe 25 minutes on all 6.

    I had the following:

    Access-list & CoPP Sim
    VRF Configuration Sim 2
    LACP & Root Bridge Sim
    OSPF Summarization Sim 2
    NetFlow Sim
    eBGP Neighbor Sim

My Advise : Practice all the variants until you can do it easily from memory – Dont just memorize it but understand it!

    Now for the sad news

I studied both 1.1 and 1.2 questions, drilled all my wrong answers and did 10 of the 50 question quizes scoring 79 to 90. Guess what? I had MAYBE 4 questions out of 59 that i recognized. For each question, I had to pause and do a process of elimination. I was sweating bricks but I studied for this exam for 10 months prior to finding this site and I work in the field so things like VSS and ACLs,NAT were not difficult to answer. Overall I was able to make some really good guesses.

I had no questions on dumps, loads, NETCONF, RESTCONF – most of my questions were about SDWAN, SDACCESS, a few multicast, EEM, control plane vs data plane protocols.

If you’re hoping to memorize each question, you’re better of waiting for a new update. If you’re confident in your exam taking skills then take a chance on yourself.

    Good luck folks!

    @BigBaller

I wanna clarify a few things

1- You got NetFlow Sim v1, not NetFlow v2

2- You got eBGP Neighbor Sim, not eBGP Neighbor v2

3- Did you get questions from the newly updated questions (24 to 51) from part#7?

I have scheduled my exam this week, after seeing this post, I’m a bit shaky

  24. Rob
    May 9th, 2026

    @Dropout
oddly enough i had only 2 drag and drop.. They were JSON and EEM
    @You know
The new question were mix of COPP, SDWAN fabric , automation
    @Santos
sadly majority of question not even covered from Digitut part 1-7..

    Hello Guys,
Please help when you guys are mentioning “SIM2” or V2 what does it means.
    Access-list & CoPP Sim
    VRF Configuration Sim 2
    LACP & Root Bridge Sim
    OSPF Summarization Sim 2
    NetFlow Sim
    eBGP Neighbor Sim

I am unable to find any simulation on this site. Is there a seperate subscription ?
    Thank you

  30. BigBaller
    May 10th, 2026

@Cheetah – yes they were mainly the V2 variants of the labs but my advise is to master both and all options for example in the CoPP and ACL you should know how to write an acl for ssh, icmp , telnet. If any thing changes you want to be confident.

“3- Did you get questions from the newly updated questions (24 to 51) from part#7?” No, i didnt recognize many questions but the topic and concepts are the same. Maybe 4 questions.

I beleive the entire exam bank has changed as I didnt recognize more than 5 questions. Luckily i studied both 1.1 and 1.2 and learned why each answer could be right or wrong. That will help you more vs just memorizing answers.

Hi everyone, I passed my exam today!
I encountered several lab tasks, including ACL_CoPP, VRF Configuration, LACP & Root Bridge, NetFlow, eBGP Neighbor, and OSPF Summarization. Although the general topologies were the same as the practice materials, there were slight variations in the requirements, such as different ACL numbers, protocol IPs, and other specific parameters.

I struggled a bit with one of the IP SLA tasks and ended up leaving it blank. It required using the http get command to verify a web server, which was a bit tricky.

Aside from the labs, there were 59 questions. To be honest, only about 25 of them were similar to the study materials I used. The rest were quite different, so I had to rely on my own logic and experience to answer them. It worked out, but it was definitely risky.

My advice: If you’re planning to take the exam soon, it might be better to wait a bit until the materials are updated. However, if you have solid experience as a Network Administrator—especially in Automation and SD-WAN—you can definitely pull it off!

    Hi everybody
Today I passed an exam , DIGITALTUT many thanks to you !
6 LAB’s from Lan Sims v1.2 , the tasks were the same, but read tasks carefully ! different ip addresses, numbers of routers, etc.

    vrf configuration Sim 2
Access-list& Copp sim ….. version SSH
    eBGP neighbor Sim 2
    LACP & root Bridge Sim
    NetFlow Sim 2 …. ip sla ICMP-echo

some questions weren’t included in v1.2
my personal opinion is that v1.2 was enough to pass successfully of course not sure
I’m sorry, but I only remembered 3 questions

one is in version 1.0 part 5 question 16 drag and drop VSS architecture

    and

    Question 44 under version 1.1 part 3

Passed exam today! I’ve been using this site for years and always on point. A lot of material to cover so if you want to pass then really hit the labs hard and it’s all the ones everyone is mentioning here.

    VRF Configuration Sim
    eBGP Neighbor Sim 2
OSPF Summarization Sim with /17 summarization variant (advertise networks using networks command
    LACP & Root Bridge Sim
Eigrp ACL + NetFlow Sim 2
Access-list & CoPP Sim version 2 with 8000 bps variant

make sure you know the python/Json syntax and EEM, how to read them. Some questions to drag and drop in on those.

Thanks all, the comment section helped a lot. now on to ENSARI

Passed my exam few days ago.
    Labs:
    BGP with adr-family
    LACP with STP
    VRF Finance
    CoPP + SSH
    OSFP + Summ /18
    NetFlow with http

    53q 6labs
There were about half of the questions new. I think the labs are the main ones that give the most points in this exam.

I have just taken today my CCNP ENCORE exam and unfortunately did not make it. I was not aware there are going to be 6 labs .
I struggled to complete all labs and end up leaving just no time to complete mcq. Labs I received were .

    VRF Configuration
    eBGP Neighbor using address -family
OSPF Summarization Sim with /20 for area 40 , advertising network and configuring ospf command
    LACP & Root Bridge
EIGRP ACL + CoP policy to limit telnet traffic to 10000bps
    NetFlow

Are these all labs available on digitaltute ?

  47. Cheetah
    May 16th, 2026

I cleared exam and found that MCQ’s were mostly not covered by v1.2 (part 1-7) hardly 10-15 questions came from here out of 59 but TBH if u have done all labs perfectly then u should be easily cleared.
Netflow V1 [In task 1 they have already given Data collector IP so, I selected that IP instead of PC2 ip. In 2nd task mirror all communication to and from to that Data collector IP. In 3rd task was “http get”]. This lab was bit tricky and mix of V1 and V2. Task 1&2 from V1 and 3 from V2.

Access-list & CoPP Sim [SSH needs to configure]

VRF Configuration V2 [but need to config R11 instead of R22 and VRF Finance was already configured so, don’t need to reconfigure it, just start from tunnel interface. PC was disabled so, can’t verify from ping]

eBGP Neighbor V2 (Router was R3 instead of R1)

OSPF Summarization V2 [R30 needs to be configured instead of R20 and /18 summary route.]

LACP & Root Bridge Sim: [This config was bit tricky so, please pay attention. Only 2 interfaces e0/0-1 needs to be configured. I did whole lab but PO11 didn’t become trunk after running “show interface trunk”. So, I checked and found that eth0 port was SHUT so, I turned it up by “no shut” and removed” switchport access vlan 20” form both interface e/0-1] After doing this port channel came up as trunk interface.

    Hi,
Can you tell me if this site has any interactive labs or SIMs where you actual log into devices?
If not, are there any free sits that allow you to do so to practice the interactive SIMs?

  49. Tucker
    May 16th, 2026

For the labs on the test, are there multiple-choice answers that accompany the question, or do they just want you to log into the routers and/or switches to make something work then hit submit?
