    @kaleem
Whether remove area 54 virtual-link 3.3.3. or not, we can see R4’s ipv6 loopback in R1 ipv6 touting table , R1#show ipv6 route command and no need to ping.
    In exam,
    R2(config)# ipv6 router OSPF 1
    R2(config-rtr)# area 11 virtual-link 3.3.3.3

    R3(config)# ipv6 router ospf 1
    R3(config-rtr)# no area 54 virtual-link 4.4.4.4
    R3(config-rtr)# area 11 virtual-link 2.2.2.2

    R4(config)# ipv6 router ospf 1
    R4(config-rtr)# no area 54 virtual-link 3.3.3.3

After that R1# show IPv6 route
We can see R4 ipv6 loopback in R1 ipv6 Routing table, no need ping.

    PK,

It worked for me. The only lab that doesn’t is the pbr. When your configuring the access list you need the traffic type. Since the host is a router you need to apply echo not http it tell you in the lab. I just took the examine on Sat and passed it!

Do we need to do the first CCNP and the third CCNP exam in 3 years? or by doing another CCNP exam will extend the validity of the first exam by another 3 years?

I started (first exam) CCNP in March 2016 with 300-115 and 300-101 now in September.

How much time do I have to do 300-135 and take CCNP R&S?

    QUESTION 518 in NETWORKING dump

How can you mitigate fragmentation issues between endpoints separated by a GRE tunnel?
(they changed it, they added GRE)
    A. PMTUD
    B. TCP MSS
    C. windowing
    D. ICMP DF bit
    Correct Answer: B
    Section: Networking – NEW Questions

it is sometimes answered PMTUD and other times answered TCP MSS
    which answer is correct ??

  17. Anonymous
    September 18th, 2018

    @Mizo

This situation can be avoided by setting the “ip mtu” on the GRE tunnel interface low enough to take into account the overhead from both GRE and IPv4sec (by default the GRE tunnel interface “ip mtu” is set to the outgoing real interface MTU – GRE overhead bytes).

    @ Anonymous

so which answer is the correct one TCP MSS OR PMTUD ??

  22. Anonymous
    September 18th, 2018

Yeah sorry, too many options mtu, mss, pmtud, etc…

I would go with TCP MSS, since that is “negotiated” by the endpoints, where as pmtud is per device in the path.

    Guys! Simple question here.

I’ve seen Networking DUMPS from top to bottom but I haven’t found any LABS. Just DnD. It’s kinda weird to me since the SWITCH exam has a ton of labs.

Does the ROUTE exam have any labs at all? Or are they in another PDF?

Which configuration can you apply to a device so that it always blocks outbound web traffic on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 1:00 AM and 11:59 PM?
    A. time-range SATSUN periodic Saturday Sunday 1:00 to 23:59
access-list 102 permit udp any any eq 80 time-range SATSUN
access-list 102 permit tcp any any eq 443 time-range SATSUN
    interface Vlan303
    ip address 10.9.5.3 255.255.255.0
    ip access-group 102 out
    B. time-range SATSUN periodic Saturday Sunday 1:00 to 23:59
access-list 102 permit tcp any any eq 80 time-range SATSUN
access-list 102 permit tcp any any eq 443 time-range SATSUN
    interface Vlan303
    ip address 10.9.5.3 255.255.255.0
    ip access-group 102 in
    C. time-range SATSUN periodic Saturday Sunday 1:00 to 11:59
access-list 102 permit tcp any any eq 80 time-range SATSUN
access-list 102 permit tcp any any eq 443 time-range SATSUN
    interface Vlan303
    ip address 10.9.5.3 255.255.255.0
    ip access-group 102 in
    D. time-range SATSUN absolute Saturday Sunday 1:00 to 23:59
access-list 102 permit tcp any any eq 80 time-range SATSUN
access-list 102 permit tcp any any eq 443 time-range SATSUN
    interface Vlan303
    ip address 10.9.5.3 255.255.255.0
    ip access-group 102 in
    Correct Answer: B

why b? shouldn’t be A since is OUTBOUND traffic? also, i don’t understan why all the statements are permit tcp since we are trying to block web traffic. shouldn’t it be deny tcp?

    1. can you ping isp1 and isp2 from the host?

    2. what interface on what router are you applying the route map?

  44. Anonymous
    September 19th, 2018

    @qasim

actually i think the acl should be:

access-list 101 permit icmp any any eq echo <—icmp ping

    not

access-list 101 permit tcp any any eq echo <—tcp ping

(maybe, can't lab it at the moment to verify)
