I am a premium member of this site and I’ve learned the MPQ and NUQ along with the Labs, which was not enough for taking the exam. Several new questions and some of the old ones.

Digitaltut premium is not enough to pass, ~30 brand new questions.
(inculing Netflow, redistribution, track, ip sla, IPv6).
    D&D and Sims are valid.
I recommend to study from cisco dot com white papers and portable command guide.
Learn command options and default values (for example redistribute match external)
    -Track threshold options
    -Netflow config conseqences to bandwidth

Where are you getting that info from Steve, have you just taken the exam?

  9. CiscoMan
    February 28th, 2019

    @MarkHall

Good observations, especially with the EIGRP redistribution into OSPF. It does seem like “all EIGRP Networks” contradicts with “only Classful EIGRP Networks” – this is more correct and both CANNOT be correct. The E2 route option is technically wrong but a better choice.

However, for the “Asymmetric routing” question, what is asked is “what can cause asymmetric routing” NOT “what are the effects of asymmetric routing”

Active/Active Firewalls do NOT cause asymmetric routing. There is a chance of that happening with redundant gateways though

Pass 855 by studying here and thank you. About 5 new questions . Got stumped on using
Show IP eigrp topology and forgot using command the other command digital mentioned. Good luck.

  11. Labs
    March 1st, 2019

What labs has everyone been getting in the exams lately?

  12. Leerz
    March 1st, 2019

Mine, Redistribute case 2 and Eigrp stub.

Btw, tab option is working but copy running-config startup-config is not working so you will just proceed once done.

To verify the redistribution, you need to traceroute and ping from R1 to R4 loopback.

Initially, R1 cant ping to R4 if you correctly configure it you can ping and traceroute going to R2>R3 >R4

    Hi All,
I have passed with 898 just now. Like other guys said there are new 7-8 questions.
I suggest you to wait for new questions from digitaltut, you can also pass anyway if you dont miss MPQ and NQ,and labs, its up to you.
    My Evo was EIGRP.
My Lab was OSPF SIM and EIGRP Stub.
Thx to digitaltut and to you all for cooperation and support.

@Taha We had limited time for the exam and we were not able to turn back to the new questions to write them down. So, it is not possible to remember all new questions. I think Digitaltut will do this work soon for premium members.

  25. MarkHall

    @CiscoMan

I honestly think though, that the Cisco view is that active/active firewalls are a potential cause of asymmetric routing. Another question (question 100 in Jan_2009.pdf) confirms that view:

    Question 100
Refer to the exhibit. Which networking challenge is the most important issue to address to
enable optimal communication between the networks at company A and company B?

    Answer: C asymmetric routing

I can’t guarantee I’m correct but I still think the answer to the question is active/active firewalls not VRRP.

i can assure you that route_Jan 2019 is not enough to pass this exam anymore. I was stunned for the first 10mins of my exam. This exam was taken to re certify. There are about 15 new questions. I just did my exam and narrowly passed with a score of 812. The cut off is 790.
Digitaltut should update for premium users or they risk failing this exam.

P.S Note route_Jan 2019 is not enough to pass the exam. Many new question i had to deal with. Read to understand the technologies and if you are brave enough go with Route_Jan 2019, but i can assure you it would be tough for you

what is the diffrence between no premium and premium access (labs, questions) ? There is a note that Questions have been transferred to Jan_2019 file ? I don’t understand. Some people said that all questions was from Jan but some questions that it wasn’t. Where is the truth ?

  28. cresy
    March 2nd, 2019

@ Speed..i would tell u the truth as i just took the exam today…Jan_2019 file is not enough and up to date for you to be comfortable taking the exam. There are abt 15 new question not in Jan_2019 that you would encounter when writing the exam. If you are stubborn go try out the exam and experience for yourself what i did experience today even though i narrowly escaped

Big thanks to digitaltut and everyone’s contribution.
53Q, 790 passing score. About 7 NSBQ but you will be fine if you know the basic concepts.

Lab sim: Ospf-Eigrp redistribution(case 2), Eigrp stub, Ospf Eval.

    DND: stateful/stateless, NAT, loose mode/strict mode,Frame relay

    Lab tips:
    *not allowed to save configurations
*do exactly what the exercises ask you to do(ping if it ask you to ping)
*if allowed, use “show cdp neighbor” command to verify the interfaces in the topology diagram is correct.

I took the exam last March 1 and passed with an score of 8xx.

Most of the questions are from Route Jan 2019, however there are like 8-9 new questions.
If you’re just going to memorize the answers, Route Jan 2019 is not enough to pass the exam.
My advice is, don’t just memorize the answers instead study the concept per questions.

D&D and simlets are the same, for simulations IP addresses and metrics are different.

    Best of luck guys.

Are the labs similar to what is on the real exam?
