    @SOSO

    I AM NOT SURE CHEK THIS POST:

    The first thing you’re likely to notice is that the tunnel does not have an explicit destination specified. This is because multipoint tunnels are built dynamically from the DMVPN spokes to the hub router; the hub router doesn’t need to be preconfigured with spoke addresses. Also note that the tunnel mode has been designated as multipoint GRE. ip nhrp network-id 1 uniquely identifies the DMVPN network; tunnels will not form between routers with differing network IDs. ip nhrp multicast dynamic enables forwarding of multicast traffic across the tunnel to dynamic spokes (required by most routing protocols).

    nhrp
    1- provide address resolution
    The Next Hop Resolution Protocol (NHRP) is an extension of the ATM ARP routing mechanism that is sometimes used to improve the efficiency of routing computer network traffic over Non-Broadcas…
    2-can authenticate rndpoints
    The commands ip nhrp network-id and ip nhrp authentication [Key] identify and authenticate the logical NHRP network. The [ID] and the [Key] must match on all routers sharing the same GRE tunnel.

    4. What is the NHRP role in DMVPN? (Choose 2)
    a) obtains the next-hop to be used for routing
    b) routes the packet through the tunnel
    c) identifies the PIM-SM RP used to route the packet

    for the option A :It requires each endpoint to have a unique network ID.
    it not required since we can configure multiple tunnel int with the same network ID to mapping database populated

    yes maximo
    the officiel question from CISCO is
    Which two statements about NHRP in a DMVPN environment are true? (Choose two)
    a. It requires each endpoint to have a unique network ID
    b. It routes traffic through the tunnel
    c. It can identify PIM-SM RPs over a tunnel
    d. It can authenticate VPN endpoints
    e. It provides address resolution to route traffic

    the other is the same but we know that who put the question here seems not remember the correct syntax so the answers can be false

    the issue wit tis lab is wrong config:
    interface Loopback0
    no ip address
    ipv6 address FEC0:4::4/28
    ipv6 ospf 1 area 11

    it shoul be ipv6 ospf 1 area 54

    thank you all … figure out the problem as gns3 opens the topology under c2691 which does not support ipv6 so i have to configure advance router c7200 for this sim to run properly ….

    @lena once i run it properly then i can see this issue :) if it is so
