Alex,
By definition, a recursive route is:

A static route whose next hop and the destination network are covered by another learned route in the Routing Information Base (RIB). Such static routes cannot be installed in the RIB because they are considered redundant routes.

Basically, it occurs when a router has to look up a route within a route in its routing table.

To avoid this behavior you would use the ip route command to specify both the next-hop IP address and the connected interface.

Therefore the answer is C.

Personally, the dump @nneettwwoorrkkiinngg is 100% valid mainly the issues of the part Valid-September 195, I did the test on 10/10/2018 and I went with 911, only it is enough, and practice the labs, all labs, because fall randomly.
