How to redistribute Internal BGP routes into OSPF process. Like in other IGP to IGP redistribution the behavior is different when redistributing IBGP into OSPF. IBGP learned routes are not forwarded to an IGP routing protocol through the redistribute command. Use command “bgp redistribute-internal” under the BGP process on the redistributing router

@Nim, Thank you. I was just wondering if there were any differences between the PDF (from this site) and the questions on this site. Also, do the Composite Quizzes include ALL of the questions from the site and/or PDF?

Hi Guys, from RamZ’s exam feedback (Thanks again RamZ), I have found this question, please could someone help with the correct answer for this?

    Exhibit
    R1 (Config)# router eigrp 45
    R1 (Config-router)# network 10.0.0.0
    R1 (Config-router)# Variance 2
    R1 (Config-router)# maximum path 4

Refer to the exhibit Currently, there is at least one route to the 10 0 0 0/8 network with a metric of 10 Which statement describes the outcome of applying this configuration?

A- The router performs only equal-cost load balancing on paths with metric greater than 2
B- If there is one path with metric of 10 and one path with metric of 20, two total paths are used
C- If there are two paths with metric of 10 and two paths with metric of 20, two total paths are used.
D- The first four paths with a metric less than 20 are added to the routing table

    Hey guys,

Unfortunately I failed today with 6XX points. I got surprised by massive amounts of questions about NAT64 and EVN. Other topics where CEF, Frame Relay, AAA and DHCPv6.

Labs were about configuring OSPF virtual-link on the correct routers, enabling EIGRP, configuring OSPFv3 and Metric calculations.

I’ll be going straight for the ENCOR exam now because it makes no sense to do ROUTE SWITCH and TSHOOT before 24th.

yes, and you need membership account to have all exam question and Sims

  24. Joe F
    January 31st, 2020

Just passed 888. Thank God hahaha, now gotta pay it forward

so the questions here are legit, I had the EIGRP SIM, OSPF stub (the process ID and IPs were different) they emphasized using different Process ID. and Virtual Links IPV6

I can’t remember all drag and Drop: AAA one (resource, auth proxy) frame relaxy point to multipoint, COPP and something else

a few IPSLA questions, definitely know your ports, there were three questions about ACL blocking port whatever

The config labs and sims were practically immediately in the test, by the time i was done i still had like 30 questions to do.

    How i studied:

i watched Chris Bryant videos first before even looking at all these questions. I installed GNS3 on laptop and threw together all the network topologies here on the site for practice. When studying the questions, if i didn’t understand the answer i read about it. Make sure you know the concepts and not just memorize answers and you’ll do fine.

    Rock out!!!

    @AKA

If this question is same as you had in your exam, what did you select for your answer?
    – Yes. Exactly same question and I’m not sure 100% but I selected B. because Variance is a number , multiplied by the local best metric then includes the routes with the lesser or equal metric.

    C. Incorrect (Should be total 4 paths)
    D. Incorrect (Should be “less or equal 20”)

Another question about iBGP about redistributing iBGP routes into OSPF. Answers were like,

    A. use “redistribute bgp” in global configuration mode
    B. use “bgp redistribute-internal” under ospf routing process
    C. use “bgp redistribute-internal” under ospf and bgp routing processes
    D. use “bgp redistribute-internal” under bgp routing process

P.S. OSPF sim (Difference Area (42), Process ID (26) , IP 196.168.6.4/30 ) <<<< Sorry for my typo , IP address is 192.168.6.4/30

  26. @RamZ
    January 31st, 2020

Wow how could you remember all these questions from Exam?

  27. Victor
    January 31st, 2020

    Hey Guys,

I passed today at the second attempt!
I had the exact same exam that Joe had in the comments above.

There was a new drag and drop for AAA not seen in any of the questions its a new one and it was about AAA commands some of the options were EXEC, Proxy and Network. Also there were a few questions on DHCPV6 mainly SLAAC know this as there were 3-4 questions on it.
also they have changed the wording on some of the drag and drops but it is mainly the same thing, dont let it catch you out that you panic.

so guys i found even with premium access that you still need to know your shit. it helps but it will not be a definite pass.

  29. @Zee

it’s the one that has like 6 routers connected together where you aren’t making config changes and just using show commands. You do a couple sh runns, and Sh ip eigrp topology to find the answers.

    Hello peeps,

I passed today with a 790 by the “skin of my teeth”

The sims and drag n drops are the same ones with mods so if you know the why your doing stuff will be fine. That have been posted lately but lots of IPv6 questions. And DHCP options need to know which option does what a couple of questions on this that almost threw me.

    Good luck

    New to me:
    RIP – Topology: Left R1 —^ up R2 ^– Right R3
Which offset-list should be used ai R1 will prefer routes from R3 to go to R2
    a) offset-list on R1 in (some value)
    b) offset-list on R2 out (some value)
in short where this offset-list should be placed in this topology so R1 will prefer R3 going out to R2

Two BGP neighbors are in a group called PEER-1. Router with Router ID 2.2.2.2 receives a “badauth” message from neighbor 3.3.3.3 how to fix the adjacency

    Available on this site:
Sime: Eigrp evaluation, ospfv3 virtual-link, ospf Stub
DD : LMI, AAA (what accounting, authorization and authentication do), FrameRelay (global addressing, address registration), NAT64
